Pros
1. Value for money.
2. Water tastes good.
3. Recovery water is 30-40%
4. Led notifications if there are any issues with the purifier.
Cons
1. Installation guys are very bad. Please ensure there is no leakage before they leave.
2. Build quality is average.
3. Storage tank is not transparent so we will be unable to see the water level.
4. TDS cannot be adjusted and it is fixed.

There is water leakage from inside. how do you fix this, how to call the service provider?

The cresto model (UV+UF+RO) was purchased by me and the said was installed on 30th March 2023 by Blue Star approved technician and i gave him my invoice and otp he asked for. But from that day till now more that 15 days passed i.e. half a month, there is constant problem with machine. The machine started making loud noise and vibration. More than 6 visit by technician and more that 4 major parts change happened.
But to no use and still the machine is not repaired till date i.e.15th April 2023.
I even emailed them on customerservice@bluestarindia.com. But no response from them.
Disappointed by such customer service.
Never expected such treatment of customer after sale is over.
Whole family suffers because of such experience.
When called on customer care number, they too ignorant and dismissive in tone.
What to do next. God will help me. Have left everything on him now.
After many calls and emails and a month of delay, they replaced every part on multiple visit and only after replacing motor did it work properly.
Hope that this will be the end of problems.
Hope Blue Star will change for better in future.

Low budget average product
RO pump noise like a watter pump
Taste of Watters is taste less as hardness reduced to 15 to 20 ppm. No add taste.
Storage tank capacity is 7 lt take 30 min to fill and waste watter is 14 lt per 7 lt full tank which is high i think
Build quality low purifier has many scratches on face.

Agar aap ko water tank clean karna hoga to pura unmount karna padega, water ki in aur out lines nikal ni padegi, back panel ke 4 screws nikal ne honge, fir 3 type ke electric connector pins nikal ni hogi, phir water tank nikal na padega, aur ye sari process bahot hi dhyan se karna padega kyuki agar koi parts tuta to milna muskil ho jayega, ye purifier leke me fas gaya hu, bluestar me email kia ki muje koi aur model dedo iske uper aur kuch paise dene ho to me de dunga lekin koi reply nahi mila, water purifier ko har 10-15 din me saaf karne ke liye ye process bahot hi mushkil hai, me to fas chuka hu aap log ye model khareed ke mat fas jana, removable water tank wala model hi buy karna.
