The water purifier is good but the service is not good bought it a week ago no one from the service centre has come to install too irresponsible service from blue star

I Purchased this over other much cheaper brands. The product was delivered satisfactorily by Amazon. The service technician came and promised installation the next day. He even gave his number which he refuses to pick up when contacted. If a company cannot even provide a basic installation. We shudder to think the level of service they’ll provide in the event of a subsequent breakdown.
Please do not go for bluestar and rather go for some cheaper brand is my advice to fellow shoppers.

Fully satisfied. Fast delivery and installation process also fast . After delivery next day I get call from installation team and installed on time .
Water taste also nice . Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

It’s a decent water purifier for the price. You can go for it. It’s not as bad as the ratings are. Service was also good. Customer care responded well.

Worth paying RO. But immense water wastage. machine throws twice the waste water on every glass of water.
