By default damaged product.due to some works I have not opened product 20days later I checked it was damaged.still now no proper solution given by blue star and amazon

Not a good experience with blue Star water dispenser i ordered it first time im facing a water liking problem and water is not colling and then amazon replace this item i got another one and now facing same problem WATER IS NOT COOLING i tied to get call with BLUE STAR but not responce

Cheap plastic. Hot water dispensing is hard. Very bad design. My 12 year old previous blue star water dispenser is way better than this one.
