I bought boat rockerz 450 in January and in the foldable part the wires came off as the folding part plastic is of poor quality. I contacted Amazon,they asked me to contact boat .Boat customer service did not pick up the call and hence wrote an email.They denied warranty though I had warranty stating that they would only repair if it is charging or sound issue. In Amazon they asked me proof of purchase, warranty,etc I submitted it, Ms Sangeetha said I would be given replacement or refund as company has denied warranty. I didn’t receive any response more than 20 days , when I called mr.shivam said we don’t have the option of providing replacement/refund and informed that I had been given false information by earlier customer service executives. Please do not buy Boat headphones especially from a site like Amazon. I completely regret being a Amazon customer and I have been fooled . There’s no information that warranty will be provided for charging or sound issue only in the warranty Card or Amazon website.
