Bought a Bosch with much expectations.. also took extended warranty.
Refrigerator broke down just after warranty expired . Had to pay 10k for PCB and Invertor replacement. After a month it has stopped working again.
Extremely poor product or their parts are not designed for Indian conditions.
Stay away from Bosch !!

The Fridge is good and meets as mentioned in Spec. However Service support is provided only by third party having poor knowledge about the product. Bosch should focus on service agencies quality.

A warning to all. Avoid bosch products . They have worst after sales . 3 years after I bought my fridge the gas leaked. They took 7k and repaired it. 2 days on and the gas again leaked. Innumerable calls to there customer care and authorised service centre (galaxy enterprises) ncr.. no response just false promises. They charged 7k for something that’s usually 3k – still there quality of repair and support is pathetic .

Bosch 559 L Refrigerator’s body got rusted just a few days after my purchase through amazon on 05 Aug 2022. I raised a complaint to Bosch India on 12 Oct 2022 giving all the details. Despite repeated reminders to customer sales of Bosch, India, and an investigation carried out by their technical representative who also installed the fridge. Till now the fridge has not been replaced or refunded.
I am very disappointed in Bosch, India!

In the last 5 years we have spent more than 60% of the original cost of the fridge on its maintenance and repair. Spare parts are ridiculously priced. Service is terrible. Management doesn’t care. Do yourself a favour and avoid purchasing Bosch.

Bosch Refrigrator doesn’t last more, gives again and again problem. And after warranty you have to spend a lot for repairs and after few years it completely stops working and unrepairable . So be ready to buy new very soon if you are buying this.
