I had my doubts about the hinge lock machanism given for the Jar caps, but they are holding well after long usage. Motor is powerfull, no issues faced after long term use.

i am writing this after using it for many months and i can say there are many things that is not right with this blender. i was using philips 750 watt and it was just awesome. it use to hardly take 5 sec to do its major job. we use blenders daily for two to three times so i can say what it feel to use a sub standard blender.
1. It does not fully crush even the soft items, while making smoothie.
2. Even the coconut chutney had large junk of coconut left even after running for more than minutes with full speed.
3. the looking system is not very easy and comfortable.
4. Design of the caps are not good with to many narrow spaces and food batter get stuck into that.
5. even though it says 750 watt but it takes a lot more minutes to do the job.
I am very disappointed with this blender.

The product came on time. Tested all the parts. The first two jar sizes had the blades little loose. Other than that, all the products are of good quality. The machine is fast in making smoothies or chutneys or powders. The sound level is little high, probably because it is 750watts. If the sound is little lower it would be perfect.
Update(after 1+month use): the shape of the jar at the top is difficult when we pour chutney or smoothie out of the jar. If it was even, pouring would be easier. This gives double work of cleaning the jar with spoon or hands after pouring.

Grinding is really good and the build quality is also good
