Always block nozzle and service not good

I have bought this product 2 years back. I costed me head and shoulders above what the closest competition was worth. Still, I trusted Bosch and went ahead. It had been problematic right from the start with one the burners not working right away. The ignition was scratchy but could be coaxed to work. Never, in the last 2 years has all the 3 burners been all working all at once. The service is pathetic. There are no trained personnel and the first few services are an eye-wash. Then they hire personnel from Haier, whirlpool etc to do their servicing, who are totally unaware about how the machine works. U are doomed if your machine malfunctions. I would just like to quote the umpteenth mail I sent to their customer care.

I have been contacting Bosch since June 6th 2020 and have sent multiple email complaints dated july 17th and then in August and september. The only thing more incessant than my emails were my repeated phone calls to ur servicing executives Mr D. Biswas and Mr. Ritav Banerjee. I would hve called them up more than 50 times. The calls have been initially ignored, then occasionally casually answered and now deliberately and unfailingly disconnected.I do not know how else can a law abiding citizen can request for service for a product that he bought off his hard-earned money and that too for such an item that is effectively hampering his day to day life. I is not a luxury item but my Gas hob!!!I understand it was complete foolishness on my part to have fallen for such a glib presentation of your salesman. but then what you are doing for the last 3 months is nothing short of a scam. Its like the old ad that went ” Fill it, forget it!!” In your case its like, ” Fool it. Forget it.” !!I have given complaints several times by phone and email and everytime I am informed somebody will contact me. Well, nobody does. I, everytime, end up calling up the show room after 3-4 days( they have stopped answering) or the few bosch executives who I was told arerlooking this matter. Well, it has been completely fruitless till now. .I can very well buy for my self another company’s gas hob to overcome the daily hardship I am facing. But then, this has to be marked as a criminal offence by Bosch for falsely promising support on a product which costs almost double than its nearest competitive product but has been defective right from the beginning. I am really amazed at the professionalism of a German company like Bosch and would attempt to make known to hapless customers like me about the scam that this company is running, at least in this segment. I am contemplating legal steps and please consider this my last notification to you in that regard.

This product is good lookwise. However this product has starting problem..we ordered a replacement of our first delivery and thanks to Amazon we got a replacement immediately. However, the next piece also had same problem that you try to ignite the has and tick-ticktc had light Keeps on igniting and after half a minute of noise and lighter crackling only you get to start the burner. I never expected such inefficienct burner or gas lighting mechanism from Bosch..
Highly disappointed by the lighter.. And you cannot lightv this be external lighter, 😩😫😫😩😟🤯😡🤬
