Attenzione a chiudere il tappino nero dove esce il succo, si rompe quasi a guardarlo.
Pezzi di ricambio impossibili da trovare, sono andato da tre centri di assistenza ufficiali boschi i primi due mi hanno fatto arrivare io pezzo seguendo il codice posto sotto il motore, una volta arrivato ( 2 mesi ) era sbagliato , o meglio è arrivato quello giusto ma incompatibile con gli accessori che montano sopra. Quindi buttato via (15€), secondo centro di assistenza fotocopia del primo con la stessa tempistica , il terzo è andata diciamo meglio nel senso che arrivato il pezzo mi presento con il motore per farlo assemblare da loro e anche questa volta non era il suo , così lo lasciato da loro così approfondivano meglio questo enigma , dopo quasi un mese mi chiamano dicendomi che a te dovuto prendere tutti i pezzi che compongono l’estratore. Ho lasciato perdere, lo stavo quasi per buttare dalla rabbia. Così ho contattato Amazon ho spiegato tutta la storia dicendo che almeno potevano scrivere che era impossibile comprare i ricambi. Incredulo, tempo 1 minuto hanno risolto proponendomi una sostituzione. In due giorni è arrivato a casa , lo apro e guardo per curiosità la tazza che ho disperatamente cercato accorgendomi che non era più come il “ vecchio” ma bensì come quelle che mi sono arrivate e che ho buttato perché chiaramente non me le hanno riprese indietro. Adesso però sono sicuro che di questo se dovesse capitare che avrò bisogno di un pezzo dovrei trovarlo sicuramente senza problemi

It’s easy to assemble. There is a manual too to help you until you get used to it.
I like that most parts are dishwasher friendly.
The red lighting strip gets switched on when the juicer is being used and it looks very classy.

First terrible experience with a Bosch product. My previous experiences with Bosch products had been good. The juice extracted and the juice byproduct coming out are warm in less than 5 minutes – so much for cold pressed juice. Also one of the part had a slight chip. They did bring in a replacement for that part which did not look like it was an original part but a broken part mended.
Someone from bosch service desk offered a replacement which was the right thing to do. However later the Service desk manager argued and said that they needed to see proof that we are in fact saying the truth. Someone came over and then checked and agreed that the product does get heated in less than 5 minutes . He made an interesting statement – “ what if we give you a replacement and it gets heated up again “. I told him that if he is not confident that the product will not get heated then he should let us know so that we look at alternate brands and that bosch should just refund the money.
Still waiting for the replacement or refund .
Amazon team – is the product quality bad because it’s sold through online ?

Good product, but should have made it easy to fix after cleaning. It’s always a task to fix.
