This product is a disaster. Within 2 days of installing, the knob got damaged and the burner caps are permanently stained. Called the customer service person, but he said “he is helpless”. He said that the hob is “not suitable for Indian cooking” and that “staining is normal”. The hob looks so shabby and stained. 20K totally wasted. DO NOT BUY THIS

Good product , but make sure we should get the back side nozzle to fit it at Indian gas ( usually bosh on-site will deliver it free of cost) .. have a check in with local bosh as this nozzle not included in the box.

Extremely poor service by Bosch in India especially in jodhpur, rajasthan. I had purchased a 4 burner gas hob in July 2019 and it got installed after 1 month after so many phone calls and requests. One of the burners stopped working after just 1 month of use. I lodged complain at bosch customer care but when i called them multiple times for no response, they only reassured that the issue has been escalated. the company is not taking any action to resolve the issue and everytime i had to plead and beg to resolve issues. after sales service is extremely poor.

Economy Burner is not working. So removed one star. I will try to follow instructions in the booklet to make it work. It doesn’t on immediately. It takes time for the first time. I was scared that I bought a lemon. Later it started flame.

This was my second time order for the same hood.. after the first hood comes with some missing parts the Hood arrived with very perfect packing!! Not missing any parts.. value for money! Excellent seller!!

This hob is actually not that bad as people commented, i give it a 3.5 star rating.
Positive: it works infact every part of it works, looks stylish
Negative: its to difficult to clean, it difficult for large utensils if u are using least 3 burners, controller gets hot, high price..burner gets stained, careful since glass body

Factual review: I purchased this product for its elegant looks and to match my kitchen countertop. It has good safety features and was installed by an expert polite technician. The looks and features are really good; however, the cooking is extremely slow. It takes 2.5x more time than what can be cooked on conventional Indian gas stoves. Perhaps, this stove is not intended for Indian style of deep cooking and suits Western style. It took me about 50 minutes to tenderize mutton in cooker in this gas stove which would have normally taken 20 minutes on an Indian gas stove. It is suitable for a small family as no large utensils can be placed simultaneously owing to its squarish design and compact size. If you love cooking and like to spend a lot of time in kitchen and have loads of time, then go for it. Please reconsider your decision if time is a factor that can effect your daily chores.

Too much hassle…no support for installation..neither by amazon not Bosch..planning to return!!
It’s been a pain…Bosch engineer don’t install ..you need to have own arrangement they will just visit to see it fits…
Adding comments as on 28th Sep because it is finally installed and feeling happy. Best part of this brand is every follow up email was responded. Delayed but Done. Product is awesome !! Service needs improvement. Amazon is amazing in support though not much of help with this.
