Bosch used all third quality plastics, not worth paying 2500 for 500 motor mixer grinder. I received a defective product and returned the same. There was an issue with Amazon pick up, and the So-called Amazon customer care was good for nothing.
Amazon customer care doesn’t have any control or track of the Amazon delivery team. Customer care is just blank, they only have the access to check out our Account, better not to waste time talking to customer care .

Whenver I hear Bosch. I think Germany. ( of course its a German brand) and then I think of all the good things Germans have brought to us.
But being a German Brand the mixer blade at started to loosen up in a couple of months. Hence my question is are you doing QC as per brand (German) standard or as per Indian brand standard in the context of localization and saving money.

In one jar the inner rubber already in yellow colour it’s look like used and jar plastic looks cheap I’m not satisfied with this product I already used many Bosch product it’s one of the best brand but with tis I’m really disappointed

A good product. But amazon delivered a refurbished pacakage which is being returned – and they promised a new/factory sealed unit on replacement. Waiting for delivery. But Bosch mane highly dependable for quality and service, and the price is excellent for 500 watt mixer.

When I get the product,the outer side of package is very dirty.it take directly from the warehouse.

I bought it last year for my mother-in-law, so far it’s working ok but it suddenly stopped working and also the noise level is too high. Don’t expect this from a premium brand like Bosch

Hopefully all are we know Bosch is one of the giant and trustable brand, but in this home appliance like mixer grinder little bit quality is not good and speed change rotating knob also not fit properly tight, over all plastic parts quality is poor.

The quality of the product is ok but sound is really annoying,really bad did not expect this from bosch and it is manufactured by BSH HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES
