I received a brand new unit in a well packed sealed box unlike the experience of some other reviewers.
It is a good powerful mixer grinder.
Couple of points for improvement, there are burrs on the body, see photo. This is not expected of Bosch. Their products sold on International marked will be of superior finish.
While the lids have clips which allows hands free operation it has a down side. The internal surface of the lids have more crevices than compared to other mixers resulting in a time consuming swiping down to fully retrieve all that is ground.
It would have been good if Bosch could implicitly state that the jars are dishwasher safe, if not, design & build them accordingly. This will be a great USP.
I needed an extra chutney jar for which I was told to raise a Service Request and the jar was delivered to the door within a week for a very nominal charge of Rs 400 🙂

True and too good for being a mixer. Easy to use. 1000wts great performance yet. Machine has rubber suckers which attaches the machine firmly.
Noise: 1k watt and Yes on the noisy side but does the work faster.
To fix: All the Latches on the jar do not sit tight when closed. One or two always stick out / stay lose. First day the mixer spilled the masala out of the jar and was everywhere because of my overbuild up :’)

The mixer worked well for a month then suddenly it stopped working then we called the service center and they came after 2 days and cleaned the carbon of the connector. Now it is working well. Did not expect the formation of carbon in just two months

After using it for over a month, I am not happy with the product
1. the noise is too loud, very embarrassing and disturbing… Neighbours even suggest that I change my mixie assuming it to be an old mixer
2. the mixer without the jars sounds normal, but with the jars is quite too loud.. guess it’s got to do with the connecting couplers.
3. the blades are fixed to the jars, so people who are very conscious of cleaning, please note that sediments will always remain under the jar.
Poor impractical design with a very loud noise, a total let down from Bosch…am already considering changing this mixer

Using it for a week, ground dha IA seeds in dry jar, used the wet jar for grinnding dosa batter and beating cake mixture, made pudina chutney in the chutney jar, and 100% satisfied.
But it’s new, I hope the machine consistently gives a good service over time.
Based on a week’s usage, an Awesome product for my Indian kitchen.
