So this was an upgrade from Sony WH-XB700. I went through YouTube reviews to see if these Bose earbuds really live up to the Bose name. Everywhere on YouTube you will find the reviewers dissing these earbuds and comparing them with the Quiet Comfort.
Quiet Comfort cost 27k approx and these cost 18k. Can you seriously compare the tiers? Moreover these earbuds are focused on workout/music. Now coming to the Pros&Cons
Pros :
1. Brilliant sound
2. Amazing comfort
3. Light on the ears
4. Removing the right earbud pauses the music and putting it back in resumes it.
5. Noise cancelling is not a feature in these earbuds. However they do a great job of muffling any external noise when listening to music.
6. Speakerphone quality was average. Not as bad as the reviews say.
Cons:
1. A bit low on the bass. But not that bad. I was using Sony XB700 which was kinda the bass king so in comparison to that the bass is low.
2. The touch controls are annoying at first. Maybe it’s just me. But now I’m accustomed to it.
3. These earbuds heavily rely on its Bose Music app. The Bose Music app has to be switched on and kept in background for these to function best.
4. There is no option to replay music or go back to the previous. Which is the worst con I could think of. Like seriously if I like a song I want to replay it but there’s no option to do so in the earbuds.
5. 18k price. Yeah, an 18k earbud that does not have a replay option 🙁
6. Battery is a bit low. But it shouldn’t be a problem as these are designed for people who workout and listen to music.
7. Do check if there is no manufacturing defect. The left earbud stays on overnight and leads to battery drain.
Final verdict – For 18k don’t go for these and expect them to be all rounders. If you want the Bose brand, prioritize workout/music then surely go for these. In this range there are 3 competitors — Jabra 85t (comfort is an issue they tend to fall off but overall nice) ; Klipsch T5 II (not made for Indian markets, service center issues but a decent product) ; Powerbeats Pro (apple users go for it but android is not worth it as some features are missing, the over ear shape is not suitable for everyone)

Bluetooth connectivity will make you mad everyday, after 3 months of usage it stopped connecting to devices and red and white lights started blinking continuously. Now i have given for replacement. No reply from customer service so far. After sale service also very bad. Please dont buy. Not user friendly.

It has undoubted the best sound quality and sweat tolerance

I needed a pair of workout earphones after almost 4 good years with my Jaybird X2s (the cable finally tore beyond saving)
Coming from there I needed the following:
1. Earphones that sound great
2. Fit will (Hate having to adjust or re-fit earphones while running/working out)
3. Okayish Sweat/water resistant rating &
4. Decent calling capabilities
Switching to true wireless and the fact that I use a smartwatch, volume controls was not a deal breaker.
Also, I wasn’t looking for noise cancelling earbuds since I already own the QC35II for that so opted for the Bose Sport Earbuds.
PROS:
1. Trademark Great Sound – I prefer the Bose sound over beats (personal choice really) and could go far to say it comes somewhere close to my QC35IIs in terms of audio quality
2. Look – The black looked great & the Bose badge really speaks for itself (though they are a bit bulky, I chose to ignore that & only 1 ‘PRO’ seemed unfair)
CONS:
1. Fit – I usually opt for earphones with fins for workouts since they provide a more secure fit but even though the Bose Sport earbuds comes in 3 different sizes of ear buds & ear fins, since they are one (earbud with an attached fin kind of deal) & that they are at an unusual angle, the earbuds kept slipping out and never seemed secure.
The fit is nowhere near as good as the Jaybird X2s or X3s.
(Also, every time I fit them back in, the virtual assistant would be summoned or I’d skip tracks due to the clumsy controls depending on which one I was securing back)
2. Microphone – This was another deal breaker, firstly, since the mic is only on the Right earbud so your left is useless w/o it. Answering calls is a nightmare, the caller could barely hear me speak. Even voice recorder tests and Whatsapp voice messages I was barely audible.
4. Controls – There is a significant lag in executing the controls, which I feel, for earphones which cost approx Rs.18k should be far less.
5. New Bose App – “Really?!” It came to a point where I had 2 Bose earphones and needed to use 2 different apps for them. Why?
VERDICT:
Bose surely disappointed with these earbuds & for that price it’s just not worth it.
2 stars for the sound.

Over priced. The normal bluethooth earbuds also captures similar background noise just like bose earbuds. Noise cancellation is for the user but the person on the receiving end, hears a lot of background noise instead of the speaker .

In bose or any other earphones, one plus buds or any other ear buds out there, they can’t play this if there is please suggest, there is a scene in gravity movie, test this in Amazon prime video, scene at 00:08:10–00:08:50 play this scene with subtitles you can see that subtitles but you can’t hear dialogue, now play the same on youtube you can hear because both prime and youtube audio formats are different this says that bose and other headphones out there only support particular audio codex like aptx or etc, by this even with dobly atmos enabled we can’t hear the dialouge for that scene, simply I am not satisfied

Thanmai –
Terrible mic quality. Absorbs all the background noise therefore making it impossible to use it for calls.

Som fantástico,só acho que o encaixe deveria ser de silicone,é fácil de desencaixar da orelha e cair
