I bought it for Rs. 900. And although slightly higher in price, the quality says it all. It is all metal, feels sturdy and looks good.
Ships with a key to fasten the clamp and is very easy to install either vertically or horizontally at the edge of the table (I use the horizontal configuration to hang my SteelSeries Headphones). Its wide enough to support even 2 inch think tables, and clamp can be tightened to support thinner surfaces.
Pros:
– Good quality
– Looks cool
– 2 year warranty
– No hassle installation and removal
– Headphones doesn’t occupy any space on the table, keeps my surface clutter free, as they can be hanged from the edge
Cons
– A bit pricey
For me pros outweigh the cons.

Incredibly useful – latches on to most surfaces quite well (has two orientations – horizontal and vertical). I am currently using this to hang my HD 598s off the side of my desk. Docking a star because the included Allen Key was rather fragile. The thin end snapped off while I was tightening the bolt. Had to use a normal screwdriver in its stead. Love the product though. Wish I had an option to give them 4.5 stars because a whole stars seems like a rather harsh penalty for the Allen Key mess up, especially in light of the quality of the rest of the product.
PS I’d appreciate a version of this product with a lip at the end of the stem used to hang the headphones. That’ll ensure that headphones don’t fall off due to someone accidentally brushing against them while they’re hanging.
Pro Tip: Use an office binder clip with a pen stuck in it to stop the headphones from falling off. Just clip it on to the open end. Not the most elegant solution but it does work.

This headphone stand is extremely well built and sturdy stand made completely of metal.
One thing I want to out is that now it comes with an Allen key in the box that can be used to loosen the Allen bolt in the middle to adjust the height and to change the orientation of the stand in case you want to clip it onto a rack.
However the bolt is extremely tight and even with all my might I failed to loosen it but I didn’t really need to.
I bought it primarily to hang a couple of iem’s. The surface area of the stand is small so while it is perfect for headphones with headband sizes likewise of the ATH M50’s but headphones with thicker headbands like most of the AKG’s might stick out a bit.
You can remove the 1st screw and extend the stand to accommodate headphones with larger headbands.
Bottom line at 1000 INR you cannot really go wrong with it, its well worth the price and will last forever.

The hanger is exactly what I wanted. The clamp’s thick enough to hold my Xtatic Digital 5.1 headset, I’d imagine it’d wide enough for almost every other headset. The build quality is solid, the clamp can fit to table of most sizes as it comes with a screw to tighten. My only grouse is that the handle provided to tighten the screw is a bit hard to hold and tighten.
Considering the cheaper headphone hangers are plastic and likely to withstand heavy headsets and cost maybe ₹200 lesser, this is as good as it gets.
Highly recommend.

Excellent, safe and sturdy. Doesn’t damage the headphone ear ups or the band unlike the other wooden headphone stands. Looking for another one as also if there are any dual headphone rests.
Just that the screw is a bit too tight to be turned to make it a vertical headphone stand.

It is good that it comes with the adjustment screw that allows it’s to accept thicker desk. But it’s so cheaply made that the screw are impossible to remove… the moment I tried to remove it with the screw it comes with. The damn thing strips

I was looking for a good budget desk mount headphone hanger for my Audio Technica ATH-M50x. I found Brainwavz Hengja as the best option available in india. I saw YouTube review video from Bharat, from Tech matrix channel and decided to buy this.
Pros:
Hanger is made of metal and powder coat.
Easy to assemble.
Very rigid and sturdy.
Cons:
The fixing knob should made of tool-less design, we can tight/loose using our hand instead of tool.
The price keeps fluctuating from 999 INR to 2360INR. I waited for some days to get this at INR999.
I was happy and it serves the purpose .5 Stars for Delivery, packaging and product.

The first thing that strikes you about this hanger, a rather low tech device in the bigger scheme of all things audio, is how well it is made and Brainwavz have thoughtfully included a hex wrench with a screw driver at one end to help installation. Once you fit it to your the surface using either vertical or horizontal clamp orientation there’s no way this will move from its place. The construction is very good, impressive actually, and imparts confidence that it won’t drop your precious headphones.
So all that being said why the 4 star rating and not 5? Well, doesn’t have a ‘ retention lip’ that will prevent an headphone from being inadvertently struck and sliding off the edge. But one can improvise and create a lip using some foam tape or similar product to help retain the headphone in place. Unfortunately Brainwavz’s own product the ‘Hooka’ has the ‘lip’ but sadly has the 3M VHB which somehow doesn’t inspire confidence when using it for large cans like the Sennheiser HD 59x/6×0 and the A-T M series. Looks like Brainwavz need to work on their designs because neither one of these products, the Hooka or the Hengja, are perfect but could easily be so with a simple change.
Conclusion – highly recommended with a single caveat. Buy this for your home and do not attach to furniture in areas where there are heavy footfalls for e.g. in an office where the headphone could get pushed off the edge.
