Great Product! I have been having a series of little dots appear on the right side of my margin and were more or less in the exact same area and looked messy. I was hoping that by getting a new drum, they would go away… and they did. I did not want to buy a new printer due to budget restraints right now so I was very happy that those little dots were on the old drum only!

I’ve always bought Brother brand replacement drums as well as toner cartridges. I’ve never had a problem with either even though there are cheaper replacements out there. I really can’t afford to take chances buying a cheaper knock-off. I need the drum and toner to work when I replace them, and with Brother I know they will. I’m satisfied with this product and that’s all that matters.

This drum unit is by far the best for my Brother printer but is somewhat pricey. i tried an Inkyo drum unit but that only lasted a couple of months before there were smudge issues. I would not purchase the Inkyo drum unit again even though it was less expensive.

The item delivered, was awesome. But the seller provided nothing to me in the box to be able to have the drum sent out and refurbished again. So old drum is still with me. usually in the box comes a prepaid sticker to send back.
