Received a damaged product, the return still show scheduled on 13th march. Regret buying this product from Amazon.

The Mixer grinder lids are poorly designed. The gaskets just don’t sit on the jar and lids don’t get sealed closed. The blender jar is worst designed. The liquids spill all around when being blended. Using this mixer grinder is more of an headache than a utility. DONT BUY PLEASE.

FIRST ORDER(first image) :
The mixer grinder does NOT TURN ON. We tried with several power sources and still no hope. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
The described LED light around the knob on the product description in Amazon also seems to be wrong as we found no such light on the delivered product.
The product has no extra blade set and it seems that the blades are non removable.
Only positive is the jars are of moderately reasonable quality for the price and the clips are a bit too tight and the quality of plastic used is not up to the mark considering the price range.
REGRET THE PURCHASE AND ORDERED A REPLACEMENT ON AMAZON AS THERE ARE NO RETURNS APPLICABLE FOR THIS PRODUCT.
REPLACEMENT ORDER(remaining images) :
I received the replacement and the product is working as expected, the LED lights are present around the knob but it is not as described in the site, the LED is a white colored ring around the inner knob as shown in the review image and NOT yellow colored dots around outer knob as shown in AMAZON product description.
Received damaged product again as the knob was found to be detached upon unboxing(pls see image) but I was able to reinsert it successfully.
The noise is ok-ok and tolerable as I found it to be lower than my previous SUJATA mixer grinder.
The quality of vacuum boots underneath the mixer is not adequate and it does not hold the mixer well in place on granite.
The plastic quality is moderately good for the price.
Jars were reasonably good in finishing and the lid quality is moderate, lid-lock is pretty tight and secure.
Also the blades are fixed and no extra pairs are available in the package.
Grinding is good – easily makes dosa batter as it has 1000W motor.
In the operating manual the product is recommended for COMMERCIAL USE as shown in the image.
UPDATE June 2021 : PRODUCT WENT DEFECTIVE, the overload relay got fused – when I contacted the service centre they informed that they do not have the parts since this is a new product.

1000W powered motor is simply awesome. The knob is operatable with any difficulties. Jars are of good quality.
Overall worth for money. Packing is pretty good too. Came without any damages.
