Delivered as shown in the picture product. All details were available. But main problem is, that, after 5-6 month of using (not frequently, 3-4tymes a week) the motor gave a huge smoke and was burnt. So the mixer is not more useful.

Product will heated up for every 10 mins of run, service is not good, replaced the Motor for 4 times, but problems did not solved.
