The jars are very very hard to take out from the base unit after use. My mother just can’t take jars out and struggles a lot with it. We tried applying a little oil around the base of jars, but no use.

I usually don’t give feedback but since I also check customer reviews this time I thought to give feedback so as to help others. I am writing this review after using the product for 1 week.
PROS:
1. Mixer look is elegant and stylish with Light around the Centre Knob, making it look even cool during its operation. I had ordered grey and white colour.
2. Quality of the Stainless Steel Jar is very good. Juicer Jar is worth mentioning. Its awesome and we can prepare many types of juices in the same.
3. All other features are as per the description given for the product
4. Amazon Delivery was as per the timeline given
CONS:
1. No extra packing apart from the original butterfly company packing. This may be because it must have been supplied by local vendor. However this didn’t affected the product.

This is really good mixer grinder.. previously I was using Preeti blue leaf mixer grinder. That was really good and it ran for almost 8 years without any defect. Since the jars lids were leaking I thought of changing the mixer. And after almost 3 months of search, I found this, which is really good. Jars size are and the quality of stell is too good. Lids of all jars fits tight and very flexible… I suggest everyone go for this product..!!

• It is on your budget and mixer look is elegant and stylish.
• Really it is smooth to use and a good thing about the mixer is it doesn’t make a loud sound.

One of the jar recieved with out washer. I bought it as Vishu gift for my mother. I am planning to buy the washer from a shope now. I am little bit disapponted on the careless handling of the product. The company should verify all the stuff prior to desptach the product. I am little bit disappointed now

I have been using it for over a month now and have prepared dosa batter, chutney, veg and non-veg curries using the mixie. I received a new and unused mixie and have not experienced any issues of loud noise or food spilling out when the mixie is in the use. Also the handles are strong and haven’t experienced any issues with it as compared to my previous mixie. This one is a good buy and works like a charm.

The performance was better when the product was bought. But when it came to 6 months, the features were really messing up. The sound the say is very less but but from the beginning onwards the sound is very annoying. The quality of the mixer grinder is perfectly good, but the performance is not so satisfying.
Coming to the speed, in level one there’s a sound like whistling which is so irritating. But the speed of motor is fine and grind things a little bit faster. Material and look is very good but, if the performance also just increases , this can be a better one.But the price is a little higher while comparing with the performance. At last the main defect is just sound and the price and nothing other seems to be a serious issue.

Excellent blades and does. Good job with all our Desi cooking needs. The only downside is the handles don’t seem to be sturdy, the edges in the bottom of the unit are sharp and can hence scrap your fingers when you are cleaning.
