Received a “not so fit” product. Unfortunately, couldn’t return too, since the product was given as a gift, and opened after the initial period to return.

The handles on any of the utensils doesn’t fit. The screws are not being fitted into the hiles provided in the handles. Returned twice and now the pickup has been cancelled from their end and they are saying that the customer has refused return. Why the he’ll would I keep a faulty product?

This is a good combo of kitchen items for everyday use. – non stick ,easy to handle and clean. The grips (handles) are fragile and need to be screwed tight from time to time. While this is good value for money one does not know how durable it is. Only time will tell.
