I got it before 22 days From today. Delivery was on time. Goods was in a good condition at the time of delivery. I got the same item as shown in picture. It’s working fine. No complaints so far. Value for money. Noise level is normal.

Awesome product, before I had butterfly desire for almost 11 years I love tat, but jar cover was very annoying to clean, and while mixing chutney sometimes it comes out and enter blades portion, but this is awesome same motor 750w with awesome convenience.

Its good with look-wise, noise level, and to make any dry powder; but not so great for wet grinding like to prepare dosa batter! Takes much time comparatively with other mixer and gets heat so soon!

HONOUSTLY TELLING I DID’NT EXPECT THIS KIND OF POOR QUALITY IN TECHNICAL SIDE . ie. may be motor or fixing or some some thing else i don’t knowand i leave this to company side.
1. eventhough it is having 750 watts motor it din’t crush coconut pieces well.
2. the most horrible issue is OVER SOUND LIKE THE HUGE MOTOR RUNNING IN MY KITCHEN, when using just for a wet dol. On hearing this sound our neighbourwoods STATE MENT is like this, ” IS IT A BUTTERFLY AND NEW ONE MIXIE FROM A WELL KNOWN BRAND”. I am telling by heart the free mixie from TN ARASU IS FAR BETTER THEN THIS ONE WHEN COMPARING THE NOISE.

Mixer was good and jars steel quality is good ,but jar handles are too weak .jar handle got broken and fell down with weight of mirchi powder only .
