Fraud company fraud products.just before 2 years of warranty the product got bad. Following cances call center from 3-4 weeks.my warranty is due on nov.daily they upadate the case and assure that technician will come today but no one comes.first of all connecting to call center is hell of a task after 10-15 attempts and 10-15mins of wait in every attempt the call finaly gets connected.also took the effort of calling the technician(sunil yadav) and his supervisor(anil phadke). Tech denied sup on call stating the house is far away and he cant go and sup was pleading him to come to my house. I was shocked that this is how candes works. Finaly asked my technician to check and he told that the motor has gone bad. Now have to do it on my expense. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE MONEY THEN DONT GO FOR THIS COMPANY PRODUCTS ELSE YOU WILL END UP PAYING MORE FROM YOUR POCKET.
