The looks are really slick. Secondly, I am in love with the heating and the quality of the coils! This is really a step up from the last one we had.

Really useful, touch screen prevents any damage if anything pour on the glass. Really good product.

I shoud admit that the item is in working condition. A brochure that came described how to register for warranty. But it was found that the company portal did not have this item listed at all and made registration NOT possible. A reply for my complaint to Company’s customercare was describing how to get additional warranty by writing a positive review, take a snapshot of it, convince the Co….and so on. I wrote again telling that I was asking for basic warranty and not additional warranty. No reply to subsequent two letters.
This means only one thing. Warranty is ZERO.

I am from Arunachal Pradesh, itanagar. This product is very Bad as it’s glass broke after few days use. So, don’t buy it. And I am giving it Zero Star.
