On purchase of this product after having good experience with the ceiling fans, hoped to give it a chance to push my luck for similar experience. Alas, things didn’t work out well. The motor collapsed within a month and then the horror of getting it fixed took another half a month especially with the staff (service vendor) whom Candes has engaged. Would rate service support team below average in professionalism and the product above average. Overall 3/5.

Jar lock is very ordinary. Looks like the knob is also not very sturdy.Not able to register for warranty… getting error of incorrect order Id …though given correct information
