One of our important criteria to buy this high end product was to have Google Cloud Print . if not that any service that allows you to print over the internet.
Well, post-installation and all the setup, you realize that Google has stopped supporting cloud print as well as there is no way to print over the internet

It has all the features you can ask from a ink tank printer. Double sized black tank and ink bottle. quality of prints excellent. Double side printing available. wifi as well. has a closed tray and that’s a nice touch. Size is nice and box like, with no protruding ink tanks or paper trays. Installation was a breeze. flatbed scan available and so cannot ask for more. To me the best printer in its class for a 4 tank printer. Period

Prints & copies well but very very slow specially if its duplex printing. When I compare to my old HP 6510 all in one printer, this printer is very slow. Since it’s not touchscreen based setup, initiall setting up could be bit challenging be it wifi or wifi direct setup…This being a new Canon printer introduced in India, the setup person was not very knowledgeable or well trained.
Preferred this against more established Epson L6170 or L6190 thinking of better photo printing, that too I would say tad disappointing, don’t get me wrong, its not bad, but not great either

The quality of color print is not good as there is difference in preview and actual print. tech support is also bad. It kept giving paper jam error even though there was no paper jammed in printer

Not worth the cost. Too slow, and unreliable.
The automatic double side printing is unbelievably slow. Not good for office, where you want the work done fast. Too many error messages without any reason. Frustrating!
