Got a very good deal at amazon. Overall performance after 2 weeks of use is satisfactory. Cooling is good, turbo function is effective. Looks classy. However a bit noisy. Remote bulit and quality is not upto the mark. It is a 2022 model without the hybridjet technology, which is available in all model of 2023.AC installation was a bit delayed due to high rush, however the installation process was smooth. Work done was clean and with efficiency.

The stickers shown in the picture not there in the indoor unit. Hope the product delivered is one and the same as shown in website.
Installation was a big issue given this time (summer) of the year. Total installation charge Rs 6000 ( including core cutting charge of Rs 3000, extra 4 mtr copper wire charges of Rs 285 per meter and installation charge of balance amount).
However it is found that after one month of installation, Ac is working ok.

Amazing on time delivery by amazon. But for installation there’s no update after the delivery. After 2 days got call from carrier service center and AC installed on 3rd day. Installation process went smoothly and technicians were good. They did amazing job by checking everything before and after installation.
Only cons is remote. It does not have the back lid. And not working properly. We need to face the remote exactly center of the AC.

Cooling is really good. Indoor unit is very silent.
I faced some issue with remote, raised complaint with company and they changed the remote which is really good thing.
But having only 2 concerns
1. You cannot see the remote functions when light is off. Everytime need to open light to see the functions
2. Outdoor unit is too noisy, not sure if my product is defective or this product makes that much noise. As per the company their outdoor unit makes noise but I have another LG ac whose outdoor unit doesnt make so much noise.

Product is good. But installation was not satisfactory. I ordered the ac in Chennai.The person who cane for installation did not carry required item with them such as ladder and demanded me to provide it.
It is like after buying ac, I have to buy a ladder also.
