Excellent cooling it provides in no time. Turbo feature is as good as it gets..overall an excellent product.

Excessive sound frequently.

The product is functioning, but there’s a problem with noise during auto cut-off. Complained to Carrier, they got it fixed. Installation was fabulous as I had requested Carrier that it needs to be switched on ASAP in the room of a medical patient who cannot stand the existing heatwave in Kolkata.

The compressor makes lots of sound when it starts and noise level is high. Cooling is fine but noise is too much.
