Please don’t buy the AC. From this he has sent the damaged and AC worked for only two days. When I raised complaint even Carrier people were not responding.

Ac installed by Carrier company engineer, but ac cooling is not Like 2 ton. My hitachi 1.5 ton ac cooliing better than this. Really disappointed by ac output.

The Stand for the outdoor unit is charged at Rs1000/- per AC. So Carrier company does not provide the stand. Drain pipe, wire and miscellaneous charges comes to about 2800/- appprox. The unit was not given 15 amp connection, because the service personnel did not have knowledge of give a 15 amp connection.

Super fast delivery and expert installation technician. Carrier 2 ton AC performing well in my living and dining room. During pandemic I have to just order and rest everything was taken care by Carrier and Amazon.

Very bad experience of installation job for newly purchased AC. The installation team came has no experience and taped joint of gas pipe attached in indoor & outdoor unit. Even insulation cover is torn and tried to hide by tapping. It was purchased on 23rd June and installation done on 26th June. When complained on 9th July the person to attend complain came today; i.e. 11th July. He checked and said that another team will come to fix the issue.
My problem is how my parents and family can live in such hot time of summer. Am I purchased this just to use as wall hanging? And Why not immediate service? No customer care service. After registering I used to call several time to get team appointment fixed whether it is at time of installation or this time to get service done.

Our room is 20 feet by 20 feet and the wall 20 inches thick. This AC has proved very efficient in cooling.
