firstly recieved the faulty product then when contacted Amazon customer service they are not providing service just saying that will be picked up and it never got picked up. 15 days have passed still waiting. when asked for pickup details nothing is provided

It’s been 2 weeks since we are using Symphony cloud.
Here are some positives (pro’s)
about this product.
It auto fills water if you keep a bucket filled with water. This helps when you are asleep and would ideally not wanna getup and fill water.
Beep indicator tells you when there is very little water left.
It does make considerable sound, but less than conventional coolers.
Supports horizontal and vertical swings.
Has a facility to remove existing water and clean water being circulated.
Con: Works only on remote. Unlike some other reviews, we found remote to work within a good range.
You need to support with a bucket and keep it connected at all times.
It sometimes takes time to recognize the command and fill water. Still continues to beep, even when we press fill water. When you put it in fan mode, it fills water faster.
Happie with the product.
Unhappy with the time taken for installation. They took 5 days to attend the request.
The technician is unable to mount the device alone. Best to call when you have a male member at home.

Free installation was committee , but the technician who was coming was not decent and on call itself was abusive and spoke badly. being Drs. we have our clinic timings and hence requested for timings which fit our schedule .We Requested the symphony executive for another technician and he refused saying he cannot send anyone. Our cooler still remains uninstalled and no surety as to when the technician will come to install, was going to get confirmation on installation but still no call has come. waiting to use the cooler

Few things every one should know
1. Symphony has good customer care with alot of customers so if you are in remote area or far from service they will take some time please do plan accordingly what I mean by that is raise a setup request 2 days prior to ur delivery and service is like charm
2. Service guys are not well trained but can do stuff use your engineering minds to get it job well done
3. Buy from know vendor like I did from cloud tail there are alot of fake stuff going on trust me I have seen stuff so if you have to pay a little more and u get a good vendor grab it
4. Amazing thought out product I really don’t know why people have rated it so low it does what is been advertised
5. Best for small rooms not so effective for big rooms make sure you have alot of ventilation for the air to be sucked I love it

Product was not upto the mark , cooling is very less need good cross ventilation then only it works and its too noisy even on silent mode.Probably it depends on room size and location of fixing the unit.I returned after using 3 days.Amazon customer service was great they asked me few questions and finally asked me to pack the product and they will send person for return pickup.Got full amount within 4 days.Amazing service no match to amazon

The fitting is the most hassle in this part, It took 2 days to fit this on. And, Amazon had no idea that this product has free installation provided by the company. For those who are very confused and in doubt. I’ll have just a few pointers which will make you feel good and positive.
If you are thinking about this product, I’ll say “GO FOR IT”.
My doubt vanished after I saw how beautiful it looked in my children’s room. No-more space problem because as its wall mounted.
It has many features like Bacteria filter which claims to destroy the harmful virus and make clean air.
Smell filter for odours.
Dust Filter which eliminates microparticles such as pollen, dead skins, dust mites etc.
Allergy filters which were most important as my elder son keep sneezing whenever other coolers are used.
The best part is the remote which has many buttons as Cool, EHC mode which is Electronic Humidity Control.
Fan and Swing. You can set a timer, there is Turbo if you need more powerful air and silent if you hate loud noise.
There are two pipes, One is a pump which is to suck the water in and another for expelling the water.
Overall, I’m very happy with this product it takes less power but delivers more. I’m thinking to buy two more.
One star less because the installation takes time, But, you can save your time by calling the Symphony customer care number which is on the box of the cooler and ask for free installation. Installation takes just half an hour and you are all set to go.
and another issue it is worth ignoring but the pump which takes in water works very slow, So, you need to wait patiently for the water to go in. But, Its okay I guess.

The media could not be loaded.
It looks fancy when it is mounted in your room and i must say that very nice idea by Symphony however they can make it more effective. The problem which i faced with this:
1. Make sure you have enough space on your wall before purchase as you might not be able to return it even after it is not compatible for your room despite you would have to live with it just because of disgusting dealer policy of only replacement….very dispointing
2 . Make sure you have a open room for or windows to get the effective cooling
3. Water leakage started from the tank which is continuing, hope to get it rectified as soon as engineer visits my house
4. Remote battery isn’t functioning, these are already exhusted from its energy
You may go with it however ensure that you are able to comply or handle above mentioned concerns.
