Poor after sales service, my fan makes noise and its been more than 20 days I am waiting for its return/ repair

Good product.ABS Plastic leaflets,strong,sleek finish ,solid,aerodynamic.. look gorgeous,professional look.. Sound is very less.. as mentioned SilentPro but not compensated in air throw in exact below space even the rpm of this fan is less than others, activ bldc also saving electricity bills,remote is a big convenience during sleep, wish this product could be more better on coming matters. I love this product. Bit pricey.

It is still under warranty but no support provided to customer. amount charged for higher model. when crompton service engineer checked he clearly said that supplied model will not work on wifi.

Started getting issues in the first year itself. No proper response from customer care. Frequent issues and no resolution. Avoid

Its working perfectly. I had to call the crompton technician to link it to my wifi . Later linked to alexa .
The voice control works flawlessly. Awesome product. Make sure that you are getting the smart version if you wana control it with alexa

Fan looks excellent, smart features are also good, but airflow and distribution of air is not sufficient … May be sutible for small rooms

Not value for money, fan doesn’t start immediately after turning on, it takes sometime to rotate.
Annoying beep sound while turning off and ON. Air flow is not adequate. Overall BAD product don’t go for it.

Not at all silent. It makes noise. Not a good product. As per my experience, electrical items are not good in Amazon
