I bought it for winters in gurgaon. It came with one filament fused. Waited through bitter cold for its replacement. Warranty covered it but the entire process took a week. While we shivered through! After ten days of use, the filament fused once again. Even though warranty is available, the waiting is longer this time, ten days!! By the time it will again work to full capacity, we won’t really need it. On complaining to Amazon, I was extremely thankful that they patiently heard me out. Put me in touch with their senior executive& resolved the matter. I was able to get my refund upon returning the item in its original condition with its fused tube.
I feel that Crompton should look into their product. If it were not for Amazon, I would be an extremely cold& disgruntled customer!!
