Cruise AC performance is good but service taking too late to resolve. As it new in the market, less technicians available across all locations. Company should provide better service. Bought this AC a month ago, no issues found and fast cooling, less noise makes comfortable stay.

Product is Good except few points:-
1. Build quality is not good.
2. Services Centre are not available everywhere so mostly you may face installation issue.
3. Remote don’t have light, so difficult to use during night.
4. Drain pipe won’t be provided by Amazon so we need to purchase separately.

It takes 10-15 minutes to cool entire room without Turbo cool. Installation is done within 48 Hours after product delivered, technician was honest.But keep eye on them while installation as they are third party agencies not a company technicians.
Especially make sure that outdoor and indoor units are perfectly leveled and balanced else you will surely face noise and vibrations issues. I have faced some issues at the beginning but eventually it is rectified and AC is working fine now.
Indoor unit blower is a bit noisy but its within tolerance limits.
After 1 month of use i found energy efficiency is average only ,its takes on average 1-1.5 units per hours in continue operation which is not that much efficient as claimed by the company.
Overall Nice AC to buy at this price range, only Con. is very short period warranty on AC, atleast 3 years warranty should be provided as PCB costs more than 10000 Rs. Once blown.Need to install stabilizer at extra cost to keep your PCB trouble free.
Note:1) Don’t forget to register your product to claim the warranty and 2 free service within 1 year of installation as per Cruise website.
Please don’t expect features of premium product at this price. Overall nice product!
