Initially i had some issue in the AC, But the moment i interacted Mr. Salim Shaikh (Head of Cruise Technical Team), He was very humble and supportive, He raised the complaint and resolved the issue, The AC is perfectly working fine.

This is a very good product for the price range. It is very efficient and quick. Worth the price 👍. Only problem is that installation was not provided by Amazon. We did not know that after the product arrived. After realising, we had to call the Cruise toll-free number to arrange an installation. Go for it!

April 21: After calling a few times, the customer support told that the installation provider cancelled my appointment – I was not informed nor asked for a schedule. However, finally they agreed to install the AC within the same day even if it got late (which it did, they were finally done past 12 AM). Overall the people who came to install Sarfaraz and Abdul were very professional and good, and ensured the work was done. It is strange that the AC does not come with it’s own plug, and since it was late night, no electrical store were open for me to buy it. The AC seems to be doing it’s job fine, not very loud, cools the room fine. Will update the review after few more weeks of usage.
April 20:
I got this product delivered for 2 days already and after multiple attempts when I finally got through to the customer support, they logged my installation request and I am still waiting to hear from them about the schedule. If their customer support team is so slow, then they should increase the replacement option for more than 10 days, I am hoping the AC is installed within 10 days since delivery at least.
