Most amazing product by cyntexia amazing customer service at this price range this pc is good to go.best desktop pc you can buy good for also light gaming and best for programming. But I think the best time to get it .lt cheap is buying it at Diwali so u could get max profitI think there’s no such thing as dislike in this pc.

The USB port on the front was not working. They walked me through checking the connection inside the CPU and it was intact. Then they said that USB port was not a part of the configuration so they would not send me a replacement. They said they would give me an additional one year warranty to compensate but they never sent me any.

I use for personal and my kid uses for games for sometimes. Over all it is good. Especially service from Cyntexia is good, they are responsible and very prompt in addressing the issues. I called to fix 2 different issues, they helped very promptly. Thank you very much. Appreciated Cyntexia team.

Initially had some issues, where it was switch off automatically. Cyntexia helped to resolve with remedies step by step. It took some time to identify the issue. Even after 10 months contacted them for support they have connected remotely and solved my issues. The product is good and it is working fine. Also they promised for the support for future too.
The after sales support is excellent from Cyntexia, which many people will not do after the sales.
The PC comes with CPU, power cable. Installed with Chrome, Windows 10 pro, MS office, Quick heal trail version, adode and VLC media player.

I have already used this CPU for 5 months & it us working very fine, very fast. I have also a Dell CPU & I can’t differentiate with Dell. Price is cheap but woking like big brands. After 6 5 months I shall give review again. You can purchase without any hesitation. My daughter is doing online classes daily for 6 hours & it is working very fine. More important thing is that Cyntaxia customer services is very very helpful.,all time they are agree to help you. I
