I brought it before a month overall the usage was good and working smoothly for my programming works and learning. Thanks cyntexia for their valuable support on WhatsApp for any questions really recommend this one at this price.

The packing was excellent no damage for CPU during delivery it was very safe delivery 🚚.
I am completely satisfied with the configuration & Specs.
It’s been 2 months already since I have received it.
Cpu is working fine and excellent. Specs, performance everything is value for the money which we invested 👌
RGB lights are excellent on CPU cabinate we have differ modes for the RGB.
Those who are looking for a best CPU configuration under 17k with limited gaming and daily activities they can go for this.
If you guys have any graphic card you can us it for this CPU like I have ZOTAC 1030 DDR5 2GB graphic card now my system is completely performing excellent 👌.
Thank you for cyntexia they have responded very quick before I am ordering they have cleared my doubts 😊.

I buyed this computer mainly to connect my new 5.1 amplifier, 5.1 output was mentioned in their speck but when I received instead of 6 audio output ports which allows 5.1 connection it only had 3 ports like regular computer , I contacted customer service have to say they were very supportive after enquiring details they support team called me back with a solution and it worked just fine now I am connected to individual 5.1 output lines from 3 audio jack in rear., Guys for those who don’t know this is an information also we can actually make all rear audio ports as output ( normally they are sterio out Mike and audio input port )by individually assigning each ports from realteck audio manager app which is pre installed in this pc. for exp: select a port and by double clicking in the drop down select rear right and left this will change the port function as output for rear right and left channels similarly select another port and change function to centre and subwoofer this port will now act as output for centre and subwoofer channels (also in case you mix connections we do have an option to swap centre and subwoofer channels) after service and follow-up also very good averall very happy with the product

A great Value for money PC , you just go for it you will be surely be happy with highest configuration with a 2 yr warranty and at 21K its a great combination.
Also the support personnel at the given number was very profession and prompt in helping.
If you are looking to take up working for part time from home or content creator or video editor this is a golden choice – don’t miss it !

Two major issues with this PC after two days of use.
– Noise is too much compared to all other assembled systems I have worked with so far in last 23 years. I can feel peace when I shut off the machine. Fan noise is big thumbs down!
-Ethernet lan speed is limited to 100 mbps and not 1 gbps which is expected nowadays as normal. So even if you have 200 or 300 mbps or 1 gbps connection, you end up getting only 100 mbps or less broadband speed!To more, external card cant be attached.
-In other thing, the system has only SSD and not seperate harddisk.
-For non gaming use, like the serious office work, the red flashing lights seem annoying.
Other things seem fine so far. Will update later.

Lan speed is only 100 Mbps. If you need more than 100 Mbps internet speed, don’t buy. Also shows some error while updating windows. When contacted customer care, they told it is better not to have windows updates!!

I purchase a Intel Core i7 with 16GB RAM configuration. Very powerful PC at this price. Will be useful for my office work, browsing and programming without any hiccups.
Only drawback is it will not be upgradable to Windows 11 due to the older generation of processor and it lacks TPM (Trusted Platform Module). But anyway with Windows 10 it’s working like a charm for this price.
