These computers are a piece of crap. The hard drives are going bad one by one in less then 2 years. Screens go out on them also. I have never bough such bad Dell Laptops from Dell. They must be 2nds from Dell that this company is selling. Defiantly not quality a product from these sellers!!

The laptop is great, easy to use and nice large very crisp screen. It is a little heavier than I thought that is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating rather than 5.

It’s not as fast as I expected. And it could use a backlit keyboard. But I like its numeric keypad. So I recommend it, if you get a great price like I did.
