Tuve que devolver el equipo, ya que no cumplió con lo especificado en la descripción, tenia instalado windows 10 en modo S y en descripción decía que venia con windows 11, llego en buen estado pero no cumple con lo especificado.

La compré en marzo 2022 para la universidad que inicio en agosto 2022…. 5 meses es su caja sin uso… cuando comencé a usarla todo bien, y. 3 meses despues, de un momento a otro escuche y. Ruido y solita se abrió el marco de la pantalla…. Hablé a Dell para la garantía y me dijeron que en Mexico no es válida que debí haber solicitado una garantía internacional. Que tenía que enviarla a EU. Si me imagino todo esto, no la hubiera comprado.
Lleve a repararla con distribuir autorizado, pague el equivalente a USD250. Dos semanas después, comenzó a apagarse sola, se reiniciaba, se congelaba, sale pantalla azul constantemente y me dijeron que había que cambiar motherboard. La batería se descarga muy rápido.
Solicite la transferencia de la garantía a Mexico, para extenderla… nunca me respondió Dell después del trámite. ( aun dice vigente en EU hasta Oct 2024)
Realmente vino toda defectuosa aparentemente de fábrica, perdí mi dinero y la usé dos meses.

This happened 3 weeks after I took delivery. I’m Prime, but the 3rd party seller wants to charge me a 20% restocking fee on my $900.00+ purchase. I spoke with Dell customer service and they said that this popping of the rivets and separation from the screen has been a problem for a number of other people who purchased the Inspirion. I need a full refund or replacement before I send it back so I can transfer my data. They refuse to make an exception. I’m on Social Security and it was a stretch to purchase this. I’m afraid to send it back before refund as they said they will charge me 20% because of the damage. IT WAS DEFECT!. I didn’t damage it. The Amazon seller is “didatemai” AKA “ComputersUSA.”
