Unable to apply exchange offer of my old laptop, when i enter my old laptop details it gives the exchange price but not reducing the purchase price

Product is not so good as expected. Product is original but material is lower quality. And have some issue with it.
1. Battrey is very low. Run only 4 hours in continuous working.
2. Laptop material is not so good as expected.
3. Laptop does heats up working with in 1 hour.
4. Many apps not pre installed as local dealer offered like as chrome, gallery, photo editor .
