In addition to it falling apart the first attempt to get out to web it locked up and crashed. Rebooted and it was ok for less than 24 hours locked up and Windows started eating itself and crashed again. You think right out of the box it wouldn’t be so likely to wet the bed.

This is one of three laptops I have now purchased that comes from the company not working properly. The latest laptop worked fine for 3 days and now is a blue screen and then pops up with NO DISK DRIVE. Talked with dell and all they want to do is have it sent to the service center. Last laptop I sent to the service center was lost and it took dell 2 months to replace it. I have had a Dell only equipment office for a long time. They do not seem to have the quality they used to. I am very disappointed.

1. it was poorly packed. A small computer bock in a larger box with no bubble bags or paper filling to keep it from sloshing a bouncing around in the bigger box. Seems like someone down the fulfillment phased failed to do their job. The computer starts up fast and is ready to go at lightning speed. Very nice, yet programs freeze and updates still take forever. I was hoping for an 11, but wou8ld give it a 7 or 8 out of 10. Somebody, please tell Dell that touchscreen is useless! come up with something better!
