From the first time I bought it we used it a month, was very slow and would crash all the time (Simple web browsing) We have had it to our computer guy several times to try to fix it, since the return window was so short) He opened it up again and said it looks like the original parts were removed and after market parts put in. VERY big waste of money and not able to return since it worked for the first month. Very disappointed.

I gave this only a 3 rating because I can’t really say how it performed. I had it for about a week and was setting it when it shut down on me. Couldn’t get it to go past entering my pin number before it went to a testing screen which came back with different error messages. I spoke to a tech friend of mine who suggested I send it back b/c it seemed to have hard drive issues. He said it probably got damaged in shipping. I spoke with Amazon and their friendly staff helped me do a return label and how to ship it back. “That was easy!” When I get my refund I will buy it again, hoping to see how good a machine it is. Will review it later after I get my new one. Fingers crossed!

Could not update the software on this brand new laptop. After numerous attempts, I decided it was not worth the effort and returned it.
That was the second time I bought a dell laptop and both did not work
