Corporate Buyer –
It is totally a scam it is amazon renewed but the product delivered is not as per order. We are registered business organisation placing order in amazon business. The description of the product is Core i7 which we require. The box it is mentioned Core i5 and the Intel Sticker is Core i3 on the CPU. Further the CPU also have name mentioned Optiplex 9020 which does not exist in mini pc as per photo.
I complained to Amazon they said you have to wait for 3 days for a resolution. I am waiting for the update. You also can not place a replacement in amazon app for this product.
I would say such kind of product should have open box delivery.
Just wasted 7 days of my valuable time.
When power on the CPU it shows Core i5 which is not as per website description.
Its a scam. Its not recommended to consumers.
Kindle Customers –
Totally devastating experience. I ordered for i7 and got with i3 sticker on it. When I contacted customer support after many trials they told it’s i7 inside. Further the piece was crap and refused to start as there are multiple errors. Again after contacting technical support they refuse to replace and told me to reinstall windows. But my friend has told me to return as there are so many issues.
Plz note before attempting to buy
– they have not checked the piece
– wrong information
– it’s v old piece
– customer support is painful
– and above all it won’t be replaced.
If I had minus ranking I would happily give it. Be careful. V disappointed to vendor and Amazon for selling these scraps and making money by making your life miserable.
Total waste of time, money, energy and everything.
