I just received this beauty today! Setup was easy and fast. Screen quality is excellent and the overall speed seems very fast! I was expecting it to be more silver in color but it’s WHITE and I couldn’t be happier! Keyboard feels great and the laptop is very light and perfect to take along travelling. It does get quite warm on the bottom but that’s to be expected if you have a dedicated video card. Overall I would highly recommend this computer for business or school use. Fast enough even for ‘some’ gaming though not a true gaming laptop.

It works well except 2 things:
-Both control keys quit working after a couple months. This makes copying and pasting a major pain without an external keyboard.
-When you click and drag using the track pad, the mouse button sometimes get stuck down, and you have to poke it a few times to unstick it. This can result in some annoying, unintended things happening.
Other than that, it does pretty much what you’d expect. I’ve had it 1.5 yrs, and the battery lasts a couple hours.

Purchased this in September so the return window closed in October, but didn’t actually start using it until the end of October. It’s buggy and slow despite the misleadingly excellent specs. It constantly locks up and managed to give a Windows 10 blue screen of death a few times…wonderful. Wrote to the supplier and no response. I wouldn’t touch this machine or the seller with a 10 foot pole.

Bought for college. First week in keys stopped working. Tried to get a warranty repair and it showed as already owned by someone else. Contacted Dell who said our sales order did not exist in their system and therefor we could not get it repaired. Contacted Amazon who replaced it with no effort. This has been one of the few times I have ever had to return anything.
Laptop itself is great!
