Using from one month, wasing good, rinsing ok, don’t expect much from dryer.
Good for single, small family and for washing small kid’s clothes separately.

The product is easy to use the only drawback is spin does not remove water from clothes as its speed is slower than reqd. Spin tub is small thus only 1 shirt or 1 pant get accomodated at a time. This should be improved.

I am writing this review after using it for 1 month for my kids clothes. Its good for all those person who are bachelors and who lives in hotel it cleans your cloth like other big size machine the only fact is that you can’t put all clothes together. Up to 4 kg clothes it wash very well require less space and easy to use.only thing need to improve is its dryer

Recvd this product 2 days back but not so happy after using the same.
Firstly, the drain pipe is very short and quite often, we have to operate the same.
The inlet pipe quality is not good at all and same goes with drain pipe securing clip too
Didn’t expect that even on the wash cycle, the drain pipe needs to be secured properly.
The spin is not at all effective…removes only 5060% of the water. Rest we have to squeeze the clothes and then, rinse it.
As recommended, please don’t overload the spin basket.
So overall , not happy after using this product

Except spin the product is very good.

Overall a good product for single and couples with limited home space.
Only issue is you have to give some time between two wash cycles or more. Else the rotatory motor will get heated.
Otherwise product is great and silent in functioning

I received a washing machine which had a torn net, leaking pipe meant for water inlet, and most importantly, Spin function which was not working at all.
Advantages, the plastic body is better than most mini washing machines available in this or lower range. The washing function was working fine and cleaned clothes good enough. The size is portable and its easy to carry it around, as maybe required in hostels. It could easily clean 7-8 clothes at one go. Or maybe even more.
The only problem I faced was due to the dysfunctional item I received, I was not sure of my buy anymore and wanted to return it against a complete refund for the time being. The seller was ready for a replacement but, on return, wanted to deduct 500 rupees for transport charges without any fault of mine, as its mentioned that a defected product can be returned within 10 days. So I had to call the Seller and Amazon Customer care a lot of times, like 3-4times a day and I wasn’t sure if I would get all my money back because the seller never assured me of it. Even a few Amazon customer care providers said that you can not get a full refund in this case but we had read Return policies diligently and debated against it, then later they were also supportive of it, and also told us about AtoZ claim where a seller is supposed to honour Amazon policies or they are removed from the site. The only problem was I had to call too many times and had to waste a lot of my time without any surity and no fault of mine. But you can certainly get a full refund if you have received a defected product. And not like a lot of people writing reviews who have lost money even when they were not at fault in the least.

I thought this machine might be just a waste. But it turned out to be quite handy and useful. This is my 1hour of receiving the product. Follow the instructions, watch videos before using. Good job DMR
