Its a awesome product after use of 3 month at this price range.. Very help full .. After long confusion finally I choose elica.. Only thing is no support from customer care.. They don’t even come for demo installation.. Please take care elica.. But the product is superb works very well in quick time ..

The service technicians despite multiple visits haven’t been about to resolve the issue. Customer service is horrendous making excuses about the product functioning. Don’t purchase this piece of trash.

Am writing this after about 2.5 years of purchase.
Pros :- The machine is pretty easy to use. Works well with most Indian cooking vessels, plates, spoons, glasses etc. The shine on the Steel vessels is great when the proper rinse aid is used. Even Glass crockery is cleaned very well. The hot water used during the washing ensure that most of the grease is washed away.
Cons :- One of the rollers of the top rack broke and when I reached out to support, was advised that ALL ROLLERS have to be replaced by paying INR7000 i.e approximately 20% of the total cost that I paid for the whole machine !!! Not sure why only the damaged rollers can’t be replaced.

I thought for many times before buying dishwasher. Is it really effective for indian kitchens. The answer is yes. Utensils shine and better washed in dishwasher than washed by hand as they are washed at high temperature and steam. The second thought to buy expensive dishwashers than elica. I thought ifb and bosch would be better. But elica has proved it is not behind other dishwashers. This review is after my 1 month usage. I got it for 22000. hell cheaper than big brands.

Dishwasher is running smoothly for last more than one month, economy program is long 4.5 hrs, though it consumes less power & water.
Program with hot water is the best one.
Detergent is long lasting if you purchase from ellica & so is economical. Would certainly recommend 👍

Product stop working in 4 month , complaint registered but even after 2 month the company not able to correct the product and make excuses of part availability, filing consumer complaint now.
