Stove supplied do not work with piped gas. An option must be available at the time of ordering.
I wanted for immediate replacement for use with PNG. I was told conversion is required to use with PNG. Price indicated do not include conversion charges which is 350 plus GST. So, your cost is not 3699.
After placing order tried to get the conversion made prior to despatch. Both elica and Amazon could not help.
Even after 3 days of getting the stove, i am unable to use it as Elica is slow in responding.
Stove looks good, i can comment on performance after using it.

Got the product today and tried calling the customer care number mentioned to install the stove however not able to get in touch even after trying multiple times. Called another number mentioned on the website and they didnt help either just redirected me to call the toll free number pathetic customer experience.
