Installation and Demo done in less than 20 minutes by Karunakar.
Charged 600 for Installation and 800 for duct pipe but this price and the work done by them are not at all balancing. I will do a better job compared with them but opted because of the warranty issue.
They haven’t installed \ Screwed the Top cover for the duct pipe, they just placed it on top of the chimney and when I ask the same they say it’s easy for us to clean – LOL to cover up their mistake \ laziness
They haven’t installed the protector flaps and when I asked it says not required.
They haven’t used any aluminum tape, they have used the packing tap how it will withstand the heat?
They haven’t used the right size of the duct pipe of 6 inches, they have used 5.5 inches instead, so many flaws with the service and I have seen them in many reviews too. I have purchased the right accessories outside and did a nice job compare with them so no idea why people are damn lazy to do the job for what we have been paying up and screwing the organization’s name.
Elica should concentrate on this service network to have a seamless experience
