I writing this review after one year of using this product.
Pros- 1.Quality product, good looking design.
2. very quick and prompt service by Elica.
3. Low noise as compared to other.
4. Suction power is good.
Cons- 1. the model which I have; not having auto clean function. You have to clean it through servicemen every 8 to 9 month.
Overall I am satisfied with the performance of the product.

I would rate this in negative if that was possible. We’ve had the worst experience with the product and even worse with Elica. 4 days after the installation, entire glass of the chimney fell on the platform and broke into millions of pieces. It has been over 1.5 months now and there’s no response from Elica for support. We have called them almost every day and now given up hope.

I’ve bought Elica chimney which has 1300m3/hr suction . Delivery was super fast and the installation process was also very easy. just called the service centre and got call for installation same day.It has 2blower which is good . And noise level is quite low. Motion sensor works really fast.overall product and service both good.

We installed this chimney in my newly built home just before house warming ceremony. My neighbors and relations who visited for my house warming were stunned while looking at it, as none of them never had this big size (3 foot) with motion sensor chimney at their houses. And, one more fun thing happened, one of the painter at my home asked me (few days after house warming) that why we have installed a TV in an inverted position above stove. I started laughing 🙂
