After 6month of usege the burner shape changed and base expanded the flame coming through sidewise and suddenly it stop burning. If unattended it leads to accident. The burner is in mild steel and base is in aluminium, nearly six month of usage the coating vanished and started corrosion. If you are buying atleast yearly you have to change all burners nearly 10k.dont go for this buy only ss base with brass burner

The knobs get heated up while using. Its difficult to operate all the burner together. Also the flames are not good for the big burner, it takes quite long for cooking.

The hob looks good but suffers frequent breakdowns and costs high for servicing. Elica guys charge INR 400 just to visit the premise and the smallest of wire change will cost your INR 800 upwards. Hob has low flame and not suited for Indian cooking. The smaller two burners are literally useless as you will never use them due to super low flame capacity.

I purchased this product from Amazon on a lightning deal.
I did not open the package until the technician from Elica was in our house to install the product. He opened the box and saw that the spark plug for one of the burners was broken. He promised me to replace that at the earliest and left. A week later, he came back with the spark plug and installed the hob. We did not have a gas cylinder to check the installation immediately. Once we connected with the gas cylinder, we noticed that the biggest burner was leaking gas and also the knob was not as smooth as the other knobs.
We had to raise another complaint for this and this is pending with Elica for more than 15 days now.
Do not spend thousands of rupees on this product as the brand ELICA is not as effective as they claim to be.

Product quality is very good, only The right side burners are placed very close to each other.
Also Elica charges Rs.350/- as a mandatory installation charge whether they do it or not, even thou it had already been installed by us. Or the warranty would be void the technician said.
