Literally shattered just after 10 months of use. And don’t know how. moreover, while the product is already in warranty, they are taking it too long to fix it. Customer service is really slow. Just for fixing the glass, they are saying will take 5 days. Horrible experience

Knobs should be clock ⏰ wise starting with slow flame 🔥 then high flame, sometimes it is confusing knobs, because when people change to new gas burner, the old gas burner has clock wise knobs
