    To be very honest, I am hugely disappointed with the Printer. Not at all functional. 1 Color print takes close to 3-5 minutes to print and it’s just annoying. It cannot scan back to back from the feeder and flatbed scanning is so slow that it annoys the guts out of you. Duplex printing is fine when it’s printing a word document and even that is not close to what they claim on the box. Overall a big fail. Papers are over, but I shall post a video showing how customers are being fooled after being made to part with such a huge amount by Epson. They’re playing a fraud on everyone by misrepresenting specs.

    Knowing Epson printers (I own at home L6190), I chose the L6490 for small business use. The small plus is, it is auto-duplex, and papers come out on top of the printing unit. Refill is very easy, as Epson has a special valve-based tanks and refill bottles, so there is no ink spill and no hassle with colourful fingers. Thankfully, it was available on Flipkart, and delivery worked out perfectly.
