IT’S INSTALLED FAST. CAPACITYWISE, IT’S OK FOR A FAMILY OF 4. ENSURE THAT FRANCHISEE SHOULD NOT TAKE US FOR A RIDE TO BUY SPARES, ETC. UNNECESSARILY. THEY SHOULD BE GENUINE AND EUREKA SHOULD KEEP TRACK FOR THE PRODUCT SOLD. ULTIMATELY THIS WILL BE MARKETING FOR EUREKA.

Product is very nice. value for money.
No issues with the delivery of the product by Amazon.
Only concern is with the installation of the product. Technician didn’t contacted me to book appointment for installation.I did multiple follow ups on their customer care number for 3 days but didn’t received satisfactory response and then in the end I escalated this concern to CEO Of the Eureka Forbes and then finally installation was done in 2 hours.

It’s good for all the functionality listed and does the job as expected.
Service has been decent as well, initially the local service center was less responsive but upon escalating to Eureka Forbes they looked into it and probably did tie-up with another local provider who are very attentive and adhere to time.
1 less star for the Cons/enhancements needed:
the water capacity is very difficult to see. And I think there should be some indication that replace/clean filter few days in advance instead of just stopping to dispense water all of a sudden.

The taste of water is awesome and actually superior to Kinley / Aquafina that we used earlier. Saved Rs 1500 per month in the can-purchases, alone for our family. We also add a small pinch of himalayan salt to re-add minerals that are taken out by the RO.
Installation guy was prompt, he himself followed up a few times and came on time. However he was reticent, never explained much. Didn’t really know if he used the disinfection tablet that first time (per instruction manual) as he never showed it. He was handling all the parts, pipes without hand-washing and we told him to wash with soap and handle it. Seemed a bit peeved and cross after that. Purifier required a new angle valve (our old one for earlier model of Aquaguard was not correct any more) and he charged Rs 400. Much better quality, brass item available in Amazon at Rs 300. Also, we didn’t have the pre-filter ahead of time, and the installation guy also didnt have it. It s best to buy one and keep it handy for the install and cheaper in online stores. Purifier had the “stand” in the package itself and it is quite sturdy, and no need to buy or pay for it.
For the manufacturer: The cover is dark making it difficult to see the water level in the tank. The instruction manual is sparse, and quite average and doesn’t give a lot of info. Eg how to adjust the TDS control by ourselves. It wastes a lot of water, nearly 25 -30 liters for every 8 liter but then we realized it depends on quality of water. When we had a good batch of Corpn water the waste was quite low, may 1: 1.5. We gather the rejected water to use in our gardens and wash for bathrooms etc, to minimize water wastage.
Overall a good purchase and we are satisfied with water quality, taste and savings. Would give 4.25 or 4.5 rating.

Yes, This is a water purifier 🙂 . But who needs it ?
I have a Muncipal/Corporation water which is having TDS(Total Dissolved Solids) under 200(130) (TDS meters are available in amazon). According to the product, it is used for water under 200 TDS
I was using RO+ UV filter with Minerals / TDS adjuster etc . I was able to make it 50-60 like bisleri water with almost same taste as bisleri. As that failed recently (after 5 years), thought of skipping RO as it is mainly used for bore water.
Results : –
Positives : –
No water wastage.
NO RO treatment
Negatives or things i didn’t like
TDS remains the same.
There is no noticeable change in taste.
No way you know when to change the cartridges unless it flashes red .
You wont like the taste of water if you have used any other purifier before
About the installation : –
Installation was smooth. He did tell that you cant use the pre filter (the white one which is connected extra), but when he understood about my knowledge in purifiers, he simply connected that back without saying anything 🙂
I may use for an year and check it . I may go with an RO with TDS adjuster & minerals to get the same taste like a clean water . I seriously do not even know whether this works or not as there is no much taste difference i can feel. According to the technician, it works 🙂
Suggestion:
Buy what you want to have. If you do not like wasting water, this is the product for you.
If you like to taste water like bisleri or any other packaged drinking water, skip this and go for a different model with RO/TDS adjuster with minerals. If your TDS levels are 100-200, and buy one without TDS adjuster, you will regret as TDS may come to 0-5 which is like a pure distilled water (which is not good to consume)

Once you bought the product/amc you solely rely on local technician to replace filters. They will call you to provide them OTP even without visiting home. Wonder if they sell for cheap outside. It is almost 2 weeks i renewed amc for 2700rs for 1 year and filters not yet replaced. Their customer care numbers are useless in addressing the situation. Better buy brands where you can buy and change filters for cheap without compromising quality. Aquaguard is not anywhere good as once it was. Better not buy.
