I am writing this review after 5 months of usage.
Product is good. Does it’s job perfectly. Suction is good. Almost cleans 98% .
But issue is with service..after 5 months usage one brush stops spinning. I put request in Eureka app. After lot of follow ups technician visited and told me that one motor is burnt and need to replace. It tooks almost 3 weeks to arrange spares. After part replacement, the brush is spinning but machine stops within half minute. I immediately raised another service request and following up since one week but technician not visited..
Pls keep this aspect in mind before purchasing.

I’ve just bought it, got demo from Mrunal and it seems good enough to replace a maid for day to day work.Make sure to sweep the excess dust before you use it cause it might choke the suction. You have to control from the remote for it to do the work without having it to redo many times a room before it leaves for another room if you don’t want to drain the battery.But i wish it could stop automatically when the work gets completed but this feature is not available along with any app to know the status of the device. Hope it’ll work for a long period of time without any failure.

It’s a good cleaning tool for homes. But if you don’t clear the area before hand items such as floor mats, chappals, paper, long threads can get entangled in the rotating brush and the suction brush and stop the robo. Inclined surfaces like the bottom of pedestal fans makes life difficult for the robo. Wifi control is excellent! One fin of the rotating brush on the robo edge is damaged and gone while IT got stuck in a spool of thread on the floor. It needs replacement. Other aspects are okay.
